I am the owner of INNERventions, a transpersonal hypnotherapy and wellness (mind, body, spirit) practice since 2000. As a published writer, topics have included spiritual, metaphysical, and transpersonal hypnotherapy. Additionally, I was associated with Nova Spiritus (Sylvia Browne) study groups in the field of metaphysics and mediumship. It is a gift to be an evidential intuitive reader and medical empath (since childhood). Studies at the Edgar Cayce Center in VA (Association of Research and Enlightenment) further enhanced my abilities. At Lily Dale, NY, I presented sessions on contacting our spirit guides and angels, as well as doing readings.
I am a retired MST (multi systemic therapist) and Trauma-Focused care therapist, alternative education counselor and director, and adjunct college professor (psychology, sociology, dynamic communications and Master of Education programs).
Professional training includes certification as a master level transpersonal hypnotherapy facilitator and statewide educator with NATH (National Association of Transpersonal Hypnotherapy) since 1999. I have a degree in psychology and Master of Educational Psychology. With training and extensive experience, I provide classes and sessions that support people in achieving their goals, enhancing their mindset, promoting a healthier and happier lifestyle, and realizing their full potential. Since 1999 I have been delighted to be a master level skilled regression facilitator for the journey of past-life regression and future-life progression.
Ongoing offerings include classes and workshops in Self-Hypnosis, Discovering Your Gifts, Akashic Records, Meditation, Reiki, Dream Interpretation, Sound Bowls & Vibrational Healing, as well as circle groups focused on Tarot and intuitive readings.
